Policy Statement
Hennikon Care is committed to ensuring that all referrals for placements are dealt with in a thorough, timely and professional manner and in adherence with the Organisation’s anti-discriminatory practices. Prior to offering a placement with the Organisation a comprehensive assessment will be undertaken to ensure that all prospective Service Users know that the home they choose to reside in will be able to meet their needs and aspirations. Information obtained to inform the assessment will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The Aim:
- To clearly outline the referral and assessment process, as well as, identifying various roles and their responsibilities.
- To achieve better outcomes for service users by targeting services at those who will most benefit from them.
