Welcome to Hennikon Care Services

We are a family run provider of specialist care services in supported living and residential accommodation. At Hennikon, we offer a wide range of services for residents either funded privately or by Social Services. We can offer the reassurance of consistently high standards delivered by caring, professional and dedicated care teams.

We ensure that our care homes are located close to facilities such as bus stop, shopping centres, park, leisure centres and many more. All our care homes are exclusively designed to surpass the statutory quality standards and guidelines set by the Care Quality Commission.

Hennikon takes pride in providing the kind of care they would expect for their own family. Apart from respecting the choices and preferences of the users of our services, their well-being and happiness is also our paramount concern. Besides we value the contributions of family and friends of users of our services, and recognize them as partners in progress.

We are quite aware that the decision to move from a family home to a supported or residential accommodation is not easy to make. Given that our homes could be regarded as “homes away from home”, we assure every potential resident that they will be supported to maintain the existing relationship between them and their families and friends.

At Hennikon, the staff are committed to providing companionship and kindness to all our residents, whilst ensuring their personal needs are met at all times. We pride ourselves in employing the most compassionate employees who are qualified to deliver high quality tailored care to users of our services. We are able to accommodate those with more complex requirements through a carefully planned person centred care.

To this end, we place prime importance on employing staff that are fit for the job, have appropriate qualifications, skills and experience to ensure the health and welfare needs of service users are met. Staff are required to have a full interview, a satisfactory DBS check and may only commence employment when this has been received, together with satisfactory references. Moreover, they are encouraged and supported to gain qualifications to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or the QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework) Level 2 Diploma within 12 months of employment in addition to attending the mandatory and specialised training courses.
