At Hennikon Care Services our goals and objectives are summarized in our mission and vision statement. The mission statement at first sight reflects our commercial evangelism and strong cooperate culture. It is the bedrock of our company strength, identity and character. Our mission statement supports the vision and serves to communicate purpose and direction to employees, users of services and other stakeholders. “Our aim is to provide uncompromised personalised services to all our service users taking into account the service user’s individuality, cultural background and values”.
The support given to each individual will be based on their assessed needs. We believe that people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues have the right to live independent lives as much as possible.
Through a person centred approach we aim to offer effective support that allows individuals to pursue their personal goals in relation to independent living.
We aim to support them to do this through:
- Supporting each individual in developing independent living skills
- Empowering and encouraging individuals in making informed choices that are safe.
- Using the same facilities and services without discrimination.
Objectives
At Hennikon Care Service Ltd our objectives are:
- To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the service users’ overall quality of life.
- To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion, while respecting service users’ right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, and the right to make informed choices.
- To ensure that service users’ needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
- To match the nominated Key Worker as closely as possible with the service user, and respecting the need to change the Key Worker in the event of subsequent non -compatibility.
- To manage the Care Service efficiently and effectively in order to make best use of resources and maximise value for money for the Purchaser / Service User.
- To involve service users and carers in the provision, management and development of services, which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users.
- To ensure that all service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments and complaints.
Objectives
Hennikon Care Services will achieve the above aims and objectives by:
- Employing competent, well trained management and staff
- Developing robust policies and procedures in line with relevant regulatory requirements
- Providing accessible and up to date information for prospective and existing service users and their representatives
